  • How often do you upload new videos?

    After each group call, new videos get uploaded.

  • Can I download the videos?

    No. We value your privacy and the other members in the group. We request that you honour and respect everyone's opinions, stories and insights and not repeat what has been shared in our group calls publicly.

  • When are the Zoom calls?

    Each season we have 3 calls: Monday Welcome call: 9:00 - 10:00 SAST. Friday Checkin Call: 8:00 - 8:30 SAST. Monday Closure Call: 9:00 - 10:00 SAST.

  • How will I know when the next Seasonal reset will take place?

    You will be sent an email to the email address you signed up with 3 weeks, 2 weeks, 1 week and 2 days before the reset to remind you that the reset is taking place and to help you prepare.

  • Do I need to attend the live sessions?

    Nope. Everything is designed to be flexible. If you miss a live call, you can catch the replay and still take part fully. Most women follow along in their own time.

  • How much time does it take each day?

    This is 100% up to you and what you have capacity for in the 7 days. We advice having at least 10–20 minutes a day. You can go deeper if you want, but the core is light and doable.

  • Where does it take place and can I do this more than once?

    It’s all online. You’ll get immediate access to the course hub as soon as you sign up, so you can start right away. You can also join us live, 4 times a year at the change of the season, where we meet for group coaching and Q&A's. Many women repeat the Reset each season — and use it to prepare for deeper wellness work like joining Nina’s year-long Club. Once you’ve done one, you’ll want to keep coming back.

  • Is this a detox or a diet plan?

    Not at all. This reset is about mental clarity, emotional lightness, time freedom, and small sustainable actions. Think: clearing your calendar, your mind, your space, your overwhelm. If you want some health and Ayurvedic diet tips, there are many past recordings covering this topic that you can access in the course hub.

  • Who is this for?

    You! This Reset is especially for women 40+ who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or stretched thin — and want a softer, supported way to feel better without having to overhaul their whole life. Many are perimenopausal or juggling part-time work and caregiving.

Nina is a Yoga Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, Yoga Teacher Trainer, Farm Girl and avid Traveller. She loves spending time outdoors, in nature with her furry and non-furry friends. She loves a good dhal, chai latte, stable internet connection, warm weather, sun, sea, early nights and early morning walks. And isn't that fond of unnecessary stress, whiney people and shrews in her house. She believes a little bit of humour, common sense and healthy habits go a long way to a happy, joyful and vibrant life!
