Take the Rhythm CheckFor women navigating midlife
I help women turn good intentions into simple daily rhythms—so you can feel steadier, more energised and able to trust yourself again.
A gentle three-minute check-in. One useful place to begin.

When something feels off
You may be holding everything together while sleep, energy and familiar routines quietly become less reliable. You start well, lose momentum, and wonder why things that used to work suddenly don’t.
You are not failing. You may simply need a rhythm that works with the life and capacity you have now.
The 10 Rhythms Method
We work across five essential areas of life. Instead of attempting an exhausting overhaul, you experiment, notice what helps and practise the smallest version you can live.

Meet Nina
I began teaching yoga in Cape Town in 2003. Since then I have founded Yoga Awakening Africa, helped train yoga teachers and spent years exploring what genuinely helps people feel better.
The lesson I kept returning to was simple: knowing what to do and doing it consistently are two very different things. Natural Living with Nina grew from that realisation.
